Hodges, Contracting Officer Item 0001 -- Engineering services to determine radius for existing portal crane track switch #3 (inboard & outboard). This information will be used to manufacture Item 0002. Item 0002 -- Using radius information from Item 0001, manufacture one (1) each double tongue track switch assembly for replacement of track switch #3. Switch assembly consists of cast manganese steel switch bed supporting a cast manganese steel switch tongue with two (2) rails conforming to MILSPEC MIL-DTL-82020C(YD) of 14 MAR 97. Type 1 -- Switch (double tongue), Class B -- curve to left, as shown on NAVFAC Dwg. Nos. 1403326 and 1403327 (use engineered radius in lieu of 300 feet).
