This project is for the renovation of a four story "H" shaped building which contains both office and laboratory space, totaling approximately 8700 square meters. Renovation efforts cover approximately 6500 square meters and includes interior retrofit, electrical, mechanical, HVAC and control work. Option items may be included in the Solicitation. Options may be exercised at time of award or within 90 days of contract award. Option Items include but are not be limited to the Renovation of Third Floor Mechanical and Storage Space to Office and Laboratory Space. The total estimated costs for construction remains between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. THIS PROJECT IS SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS.
