The Social Security Administration (SSA) is seeking vendors who can install and provide maintenance on an Apogee system 600 version 3.1 to upgrade software for the existing building management system's Insight 600 version 2.6. The SSA is seeking information from qualified firms on their capabilities to provide all engineering design, materials, project management and labor to upgrade the existing Insight 600 to an Apogee 600 system. Upon completion, the contractor shall service and repair all controllers, transmitters, field panels, end devices and related equipment to operate the existing system for 1 year. Interested firms able to provide the required technology are invited to submit information in sufficient detail to demonstrate their ability to provide the required capabilities. Cross-reference to previously submitted material is discouraged. Phone calls are discouraged unless absolutely necessary. No cost or pricing data is required or requested. Respondents will not be notified of the results of the evaluation of data received, but sources deemed qualified will be solicited if and when the Government formally advertises for a requirement for the system. The Government does not intend to pay for information submitted.
