The contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, equipment, tools, materials, and other supplies necessary to perform asbestos abatement, removal, and proper disposal of asbestos materials throughout NIMA facilities. The Contractor shall perform all related Contractor administration services necessary to perform the work such as supply, quality control, contractor financial management, and maintenance of accurate and complete records, files, and libraries of documents to include federal, state and local regulations, codes, laws, technical manuals, manufactures instructions and recommendations, which are necessary and related to the function being performed. The government intends to award a contract for a base year and four (4) option years. All interested parties may request a copy of the solicitation.
