We are seeking in-kind donations for the Skills Development Centers Air Force Photography/Artist/Crafstman Contest to be held on Elmendorf Air Force Base on the 12th of September 1998. This contest combines the Air Force Photography Contest with the Air Force Artist/Crafstman Contest into a single event. The contest is open to all base personnel and anyone authorized to use the Skills Development Center. The purpose of this contest is to recognize the artistic talents of members of the Elmendorf community, as well as that of the other eligible participants. The goal of this event is to promote th Skills Development Center programs and services through the presentation of community based programs. For this event we are seeking door prizes in the form of gift certificates and services from arts/crafts/photography related businesses, cameras, camera equipment & bags, arts and crafts supplies, and artists easels etc. We are also seeking grand prizes in the forms of cash to be used to purchase trophies and plaques, cameras and their respected equipment, and artist supplies. We will accept all or part sponsorship/donation for this event. All offers will be considered. More than one sponsorship/donation may be accepted and additives will be considered. Requests for copis of this solicitation can be accepted no later than 31 August 1998.
