The Fleet Industrial Supply Center Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to acquire on a 100% Small Business setaside basis, Outreach Relocation Specialist services for Navy and other military families in support of the Naval Training Center Great Lakes, IL, Combat Systems School Command (CSSC). These services shall be provided by one full time equivalent working forty hours per week, exclusive of Federal Holidays. The required services to be performed include, but are not limited to: (1)prepare relocation educational/informational in-briefings; (2)provide relocation educational/informational workshops on such topics as navy lifestyles, returning from overseas, deployment, preparing for a household move, budgeting for a PCS moves, etc.; (3) conduct relocation assistance and information counseling by appointment or walk in requests; (4) develop a erlocation brochure, community base resource bulletin borads, and files to respond to staff and student/family moves; and (5) prepare a monthly relocation article for the Combat Systems School Command magazine publication. The contractor will be responsible for the coordination and management of the services provided through the Relocation Outreach Center. A Firm Fixed Price contract is anticipated with a base period of performance commencing 01 October 1998 through 30 September 1999, with two (2) one year option provisions.
