Naval Undersea Warfare Center Divsion Newport has a requirement for
technical services in support of the Weapon System Accuracy Trials
(WSAT) Program. The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport
(NUWCDIVNPT) is tasked by the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEASYSCOM)
under SEATASK Assignment No. 60T2-94-7A46 to conduct East Coast Weapon
System Accuracy Trials (WSAT). These trials are scheduled by the Type
Commander on all Anti-Submarine Warfare (ASW) capable surface ships and
submarines after construction, conversion or overhaul.The purpose of a
WSAT is to provide test services and systems engineering in the
calibration and repair of shipboard systems on those ships scheduled.
This effort is for follow-on support to contract N66604-95-C-A001 with
FSC of Analysis & Technology. It is anticipated to issue a five (5)
year, Cost Plus Fixed Fee/Term form contract. Award will be made on the
basis of Greatest Value. Evaluation criteria/factors listed in
descending order of importance are: (1)Personnel, (2) Past Performance
(3)Management Approach. The Estimated Level of Effort is 40,000
manhours. The category of labor is Field Technician (key). The Service
Contract Act applies to this requirement. All responsible sources may
