Randolph (SEA 02231R) 703/602-7517 The Naval Sea Systems Command intends to negotiate a one (1) year extension to Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00024-95-G-2808 with Ingalls Shipbuilding, Inc. (ISI), P.O. Box 149, Pascagoula, MS 39568-0149 for Post-Shakedown Availabilities (PSA) for the DDG 51 AEGIS Destroyer Class Program. Cost-Plus-Award-Fee (CPAF) orders will be negotiated on a sole source basis with ISI for PSA engineering and management support for DDGs 74 and 78. The orders to be issued will encompass advanced planning and engineering support, and accomplishment of emergent availabilities which include Selected Restrictive Availabilities (SRA's); Restricted Availabilities (RAV's), drydocking availabilities and technical availabilities. Individual orders placed under the BOA shall be synopsized, when required, in accordance with applicable requirements.
