The contract shall be issued for a base period plus four option year periods. The contractor must demonstrate a minimum of three years experience performing routine and emergency repairs on the Solar or identical gas turbine generators; demonstrate 24 hours or less response to emergency repair requirements; and demonstrate unimpeded access to critical parts.
