Coast Guard Maintenance and Logistics Command Atlantic is procuring a non-personal service contract with an individual or firm capable of providing all aspect of Dental Hygiene Services in accordance with the established principles, practices and ethics of the American Dental Association. Services will be performed at the Coast Guard Group Galveston, TX, and at a satellite facility located at the Air National Guard, 147th Medical Squadron, Houston, TX. This is a part time position, consisting of 21 hours per week. The hours of performance will start at 7:45 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 3:45 PM, with an unpaid lunch hour; 50 weeks per year, exclusive of Federal holidays. The workweek will encompass Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. The contract will be for a base year plus four (4) twelve -month option periods.
