L-UPGRADE OF ADCP SIMULATOR INCLUDING HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE FOR MCTSSA CAMP PENDLETON, CA ON A SOLE SOURCE BASIS!! The Government intends to issue on a sole-source basis under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures an order with Advanced Programming Concept (APC), Austin, TX for the Upgrade of the Air Defense Communications Platform (ADCP) Simulator and configuration of a proprietary data link test tool. To the Government's knowledge, Advanced Programming Concept is the only source that can provide the required hardware/software upgrade, as the software for the data link test tool is proprietary of Advanced Programming Concept and hence not available through dealers or other third parties. This is not a request for quotations nor an announcement of a forthcoming solicitation. Requests for copies of a solicitation in response hereto shall not be honored or acknowledged. Any responsible firm that feels it has the capability to provide the required upgrade to include providing and configuration of the proprietary data link test tool may contact the referenced contract specialist or contracting officer. This requirementshall be awarded on an all or none basis. All responses submitted for consideration are due via U.S. mail in the MCTSSA Contracts Office, P.O. Box 555171, Camp Pendleton, CA 92055-5171 within 15 calendar days after publication of this notice. Respondents should refer to ADCP Simulator Upgrade and must describe the respondent's capability to provide the required upgrade. All responses from responsible sources will be fully considered.
