The Corporation for National Service (CNS) is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide advertising placements in alternative weekly (tabloid size) newspapers in 100+ major markets throughout the United States. Interested parties should submit a proposal which: (1) contains a listing of alternative weekly tabloid size newspapers where ads will be placed; (2) provides circulation figures for each publication, and indicate if the figures are audited. If audited, please indicate the company providing the auditing services. In addition, the proposal must include pricing information for a page ad which would run in all of the newspapers where ads will be placed. Prices must be provided for: one-time placement in all newspapers; two-time placement in all newspapers; and, three-time placement in all newspapers. Pricing must include all charges, including any sizing of Corporation-provided ad slicks, postage, telephone, administration costs and overhead, etc. All ad placements must appear in newspapers within three weeks after receipt of the order from CNS. All invoices to the Corporation must include tear sheets for all newspapers as proof of insertion. For additional information, interested parties may contact Simon G.
