The contractor shall provide all operational support personnel, equipment, provisions, and supplies required to operate and maintain the LMSR ships. The initial performance period is for three years with two one-year option periods. The Request for Proposals is expected to be released on July 17, 1998 with offers due Aug 17, 1998.
