This the first modification to the solicitation. The following are the changes: Specification requirements include lease of 10 65 or 66 passenger capacity, Type C, school buses. Buses must comply with most current Department of Transportation Standards and also with the 1995 National Standards for School Transportation. Buses shall be model year 1998 or newer, shall be equipped with air conditioning, and factory installed air brake system and other requirements stated in the specifications.
