Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, transportation and supervision for the abatement of asbestos containing materials in accordance with current federal, state, and local laws and regulations governing removal, safety, and environmental considerations. The contract type will be firm fixed price indefinite quantity/indefinite delivery with a base period and four one-year options to extend. The estimated cost range for this requirement is between $100,000 and $250,000. The minimum guaranteed order is $25,000.00. Bidders will not directly bid unit prices in response to this soliciation. The bid amount will be in the form of a MULTIPLIER (coefficient) to the solicitation. The multiplier must include all projected and potential costs, including labor, materials, overhead, profit, insurance, general and administrative (G&A), taxes and all other associated costs.
