The building will be one story with steel frame and non-bearing masonry veneer construction with a standing seam metal roof. A non-inclusive list of work includes: HVAC system, electrical service, and fire protection system. AVAILABILITY: The solicitation for this project will be issued as an Electronic Bid Set (EBS) on CD ROM ONLY. EBS Disks will be available on or about 15 Sep 98 at no charge per disk. EBS Disks will be issued on a first come, first served basis until supply is exhausted. No phone requests accepted. Refer to IFB Number DACA67-98- B-0030 when ordering. Requests MUST be in writing and be received before bid EBS Disks will be mailed. Project is open to both large and small businesses. If you are a large business and your bid or proposal will exceed $1,000,000 you will be required to submit a subcontracting plan.
