The magnitude of this project ranges from $100,000.00 to $250,000.00. The work to be performed consists of furnishing all plant, labor, equipment, materials and supervision necessary to construct a new fuels dispensing station located on Charleston AFB South Carolina, in strict accordance with the specifications and terms and conditions of the contract. The work to be performed generally consists of, but is not limited to, the following: Perform a site visit in order to determine the actual amount of work, dimension, variations, and field conditions which affect the work, construct a new covered fuel dispensing islnd for existing JP-8 fuel and new MO gas adjacent to building 545 on Charleston AFB, SC, and provide a new 1000 gallon MOGAS tank. This solicitation will be evaluated using Performance/Price trade off procedures. "WHILE FUNDS ARE NOT PRESENTLY AVAILABLE WITHIN AIR MOBILITY COMMAND, TO FUND THIS PROJECT, WE ANTICIPATE FUNDS WILL BECOME AVAILABLE BY 16 NOV 98.
