Dollar magnitude for repair of the Clinic, building 364 is from $500,000 to $1,000,000. The work to be performed consists of furnishing all plant, labor, equipment, materials and supervision necessary to repair building 364 located at Charleston AFB SC, in strict accordance with the specifications and terms and conditions of the contract. The work to be performed generally consists of, but is not limited to, the following: Replace interior finishes, change floor plans, replace doors and windows, replace/upgrade electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and fire protection systems in affected areas. Additional requirements include replacing aluminum windows and flashing at roof monitors and along the second floor north elevation and recaulk all remaining windows. The solicitation will be evaluated using Performance/Price Trade off Procedures. WHILE FUNDS ARE NOT PRESENTLY AVAILABLE WITHIN AIR MOBILITY COMMAND TO FUND THIS PROJECT, WE ANTICIPATE FUNDS WILL BECOME AVAILABLE BY 16 NOVEMBER 98. IF CURRENT FISCAL YEAR (FY98) FUNDS BECOME AVAILABLE, CONTRACT AWARD WILL BE MADE NO LATER THAN 30 SEP 98. IF FY 98 FUNDS ARE NOT AVAIALBE, THIS PROJECT WILL BE FUNDED WITH FY99 FUNDS.
