Only written requests for solicitations will be accepted. Furnish all labor material and equipment necessary to Construct a Restroom in the covered mooring at USCG Station Tillamook, Garibaldi, OR. Work includes 1) Converting a room in the covered mooring into a restroom by furnishing a water closet, lavatory, mirror, soap dispenser, paper towel dispenser, and roll paper holder; 2) Furnishing the necessary hot and cold water supplies and drain, waste and vent piping to the various fixtures; 3) Furnishing an exhaust fan in the ceiling of the restroom and to discharge outside the room; 4) Relocating the water heater from the compressor room to the new restroom; 5) Furnishing a low-pressure sanitary sewer lift station; 6) Running a low-pressure sanitary sewer discharge line from the lift station to the gravity sewer main under the Station Building; 7) Furnishing electrical power to the lift station, the relocated water heater, and exhaust fan; 8) Relocating a fluorescent light fixture to the center of the room and providing a separate switch to control its operation. Drawings and specifications can be purchased on a first come, first served basis, at the rate of $20.
