Clean existing floor drain systems, remove, transport, and dispose of existing; sand, sludge, water, petroleum products and all other products in the floor drain system. b. Remove and dispose of existing floor drain piping from outside the buildings to the existing storm sewer. c. Remove existing floor drains, provide and install; new catch basins, frames, and grates, and connect to existing floor drain system. d. Provide and install an oil/water separator system in its entirety to include; separator, pump manhole, pump system, vents, piping from the floor drain systems to the separator, piping to the existing sanitary sewer manhole, separator leak detection system, electrical service to the leak detection system and pump, excavation, trenching, and backfill. e. Provide and install a washrack system to include; washrack, dirt trap, piping to the oil/water separator, bollards, trench drain system, water service to the washrack, non-freeze yard hydrants, excavation, trenching, and backfill. f. Cut, remove, and dispose of existing blacktop to install piping, and patch blacktop areas. This procurement is estimated to be between $25,000 and $100,000.
