Jefferies, Contracting Officer (telephone: 931-454-7841 This procurement is for furnishing and installing fans and HVAC systems in Building 390 at Arnold Engineering Development Center, Arnold AFB, Tennessee. The work includes demolition of existing commercial air conditioning units and exhaust fans and installation of two new HVAC units and three centrifugal fans, as well as installation of a new 6" fire protection line sprinkler system, and installation of an explosion-proof exhaust and ventilation system. Related work includes installation of HVAC controls, lead and asbestos abatement, and electrical, masonry, and concrete work. Performance period shall be 120 calendar days following receipt of a written Notice to Proceed. The estimated order of magnitude is between $250,000 and $500,000. Any responsible firm may submit a bid which shall be considered. Foreign participation is authorized.
