SMITH (913) 684-1630 (Site Code DABT19) Work includes but is not limited to: In the Santa Fe Village Area, the existing roofs structure forms a 3/12 pitch and has strip shingles which shall be replaced in kind. The work includes replacement of felt, flashing, and drip edges. The balance of the buildings are in the Main Post area and have strip shingles on steep roofs which shall be replaced in-kind. The work includes the replacement of felt, flashing and drip edges as well as the painting of items as indicated, to include metal roofs. When ordered separately by the Contracting Officer, the contractor will also remove deteriorated roof components and replace them with new items to include: sheathing, wood structural members, gutters, trim and soffits as well as the painting of these items. All buildings will be occupied. This acquisition is Subject to the Availibility of Funds, acceptance period shall be 90 calendar days. This will be a firm fixed-price requirements type contract. Ordering period is 365 days from the Notice of Award. The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. This acquisition is unrestricted under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The size standard for a small business concern, including its affiliates, is average annual sales or receipts for the preceding three (3)fiscal years, not to exceed $7.0 million.
