This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Proposal. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-04. The National Imagery and Mapping Agency intends to issue a solicitation to furnish all labor, materials, supplies, and equipment necessary to repair room 271 Erskine Hall (Auditorium) at the Bethesda Maryland site. The solicitation will include 1 basic line item. The requirement involves the repair and refurbishing of the Auditorium Room on the second floor of Erskine Hall, a multistory Government office building to include the following tasks: carpeting the floor, repairing and refinishing of walls, installing new movable lighting supports, and new storage closets. U. S. Citizenship is required for all workers. Proposals shall be valid through 31 December 1998. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers in descending order of importance: A. Past performance, B. Technical, and C. Price. The magnitude of this requirement is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00.
