This project consists of repair of the fence line that surrounds government owned property on Andersen AFB, Guam, and Tumon, Guam. Areas needed to be repaired include the six foot chain link fence surrounding the base pool (1,300 LF), eight foot chain link fence surrounding the Tumon Tank Farm (3,000 LF), and the eight foot chain link fence surrounding Andy II POL Yard (5,658 LF). The work required will consist of standing up any fallen or loose fence by replacing the tie wire or clamp to the existing fence post or rail, straighten or replace all bent post or rails, and repair three (3) strand barbed wire and extension arms and include replacements if needed. Work will commence on 12 Aug 98 with a 45 day work performance period. Plans and specifications will be available on or about 20 Jul 98 with a 17 day response time for submission of bids.
