Wilson, Contracting Officer (302) 633-5371, fax (302) 633-5222 Readjustment Counseling Services for eligible Vietnam Era Veterans located in Kent and Sussex Counties in Delaware, Carolina, Somerset, Wicomico, and Worchester. Services will be referred by VA Outreach Program Officials. Re- adjustment Counseling Services, for purposes of this contract, shall be for counseling provided by Social Workers, Psychologists or other counselors individually or in concert, specifically directed at social, psychological, or behavioral problems which bear a distinct relationship to the process of readjustment from military duty during the Vietnam Era and other specified veterans of war. Modalities of readjustment counseling may include, individ- ual, group, and family counseling (other than job training, skills develop- ment and placement services). Prospective bidders submitting offers in response to this request for proposal must have treatment center that are physically located in the locations listed above. Proposals outside these areas will not be considered. Bid packages will be available on July 14, 1998 upon written request from interested eligible bidders.
