The Veterans Affairs Medical & Regional Office Center located at 2925 DeBarr Road, Anchorage, AK 55908, has a requirement for a Contractor to provide Security Services. Contractors are to furnish management, supervision, personnel, equipment, and supplies necessary to provide unarmed, uniformed guard services in accordance with all terms and conditions contained within the solicitation for the period of October 1, 1998, through September 30, 1999, with two(2) one(1) year options to renew. If all options are exercised, this contract will terminate on September 30, 2001. The Outpatient Clinic located at 2925 DeBarr Rd., Anchorage, AK 99508, must be patrolled twenty-four(24) hours a day, seven(7) days a week for a total of 328 weekly hours. Each shift may be eight(8) or ten(10) hours on a daily basis; however an individual shift shall not exceed forty(40) hours per week. The contractor must provide a sufficient number of guards to ensure coverage for the following periods; Saturday and Sunday One guard coverage 24 hours Monday -- Friday- 8:00am -- 6pm Supervisory Shift 7:00am -4:00pm -- One(1) Guard 8:00am -4:00pm -- One(1) Guard Noon -10:00pm -- One(1) Guard 8:00am -6:30pm -- One(1) Guard 10:00pm -8:00am -- One(1) Guard The contractor must provide a sufficient number of guards to ensure coverage for the following periods at the Domicillery located at 3001 "C" Street, Anchorage, AK 99509 for a total of 123 weekly hours.
