Pearson, Contract Specialist, 202-324-2975 The FBI intends to issue a purchase order on a sole source basis for 90 employees to attend an open seminar being sponsored by the International Association for Identification during the week of 7/19 thru 7/25/98 in Little Rock, AK. This conference is the only seminar in the United States where crime scene investigators can meet jointly for training and networking. This seminar is open to all forensic scientists and investigators and will cover topics such as automated fingerprint identification, blood stain pattern, crime scene, forensic art, fingerprint identification, firearms identification, footwear and tire track, innovative techniques, voice identification, acoustic analysis, polygraph examination, forensic photography & digital imaging. This is considered a commercial service and is being conducted in accordance with the format in FAR, Subpart 12.6 and Subpart 13, SAP as supplemented with additional information in this notice. This is a 100% set aside, SIC 8299, business size $5 million. This will be a firm-fixed-price contract.
