The Memphis P&MSC is prequalifying prospective contractors for Travel Management Services for the U. S. Postal Service Southeast Area. The Southeast area covers Tennessee, Alabama, Mississippi, Georgia and Florida. The successful contractor will be required to establish and operate a Travel Management Service Center (TMSC) to provide or arrange for commercial transportation, auto rental, motel/hotel reservations and other related services required by the Postal Service for official travel. The prequalification process will consist of two (2) steps. The first step will be a written response to criteria provided by the Memphis P&MSC and the second step will be an oral presentation by those contractors that respond to step one to the Purchase Team established for this procurement.
