The proposed contract is for project MDY 97-0220, Construct Rapcon Admin Addition, which consists of but is not limited to furnishing all labor, materials, supervision, equipment, and related items to attaching a 3000 square foot addition to the existing metal stud wall facility. Construct a reinforced fibermesh concrete foundation, and floor slabs, pre-engineered metal structure with insulated maintenance free exterior masonry walls, and standing seam metal roof. Facility shall include communication requirements, fire protection/ HVAC systems, back up generator, exterior site work, parking, and landscaping. All work shall be in strict compliance with specifications and drawings. This will be a firm fixed price construction contract with 180 days construction performance time. Magnitude of proposed project is between $ 250,000 and $ 500,000.
