Miller, (256) 876-3971, Clare Eveker, (256) 876-4710 General Electric will provide a Damper Cap Assembly Modification Kit (ECP 700141 and option for ECP 700139) and written instructions in the form of a Modification Work Order (MWO). This MWO kit will enable the field to modify the Overspeed and Drain Valves (ODV) on T700-701/401 and T701C/401C engines on the H-60 and AH-64 helicopters. Total base quantities include 1,813 retrofit kits for the Army, with option for an estimated 1,907 kits for the AH-64, estimated 901 kits for the Navy, estimated 127 kits for the Air Force, and an estimated 500 kits for FMS customers.
