Murtagh The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst intends to procure Wiring System Repair Tool Sets P/N 3432AS100-1 and associated drawings. The required basic quantity is 2 each tool sets with a two-year option period during which up to 12 additional tool sets may be required. Included with the basic quantity are requirements to provide preliminary and final product drawings with associated lists and various technical data. Included with the option quantity are data requirements, such as a source/vendor list, isometric illustrations/drawings of individual tools, and a combined O level Maintenance and Illustrated Parts Breakdown (IPB) manual. Each tool set will be comprised of one 8-drawer roll-around cabinet and contain approximately 283 tools. Each tool set contains commercial and military specification tools. The tools will rest in polyethylene, unicellular foam. The foam will be cut with contractor-fabricated steel-rule dies, which will become property of the US Navy upon contract completion. Delivery of the basic quantity will be NLT 300 days after contract award. The preliminary drawings will be due approximately 90 days after contract award at the Preliminary Design Review (PDR), and the final product drawings and associated lists will be delivered approximately 30 days after the Critical Design Review (CDR) which will take place about 180 days after contract award. Any option quantities, if exercised, shall be delivered 240 days after the option is invoked. All tools sets will be packaged in accordance with best commercial practices.
