Estimated total usage is 36 dual and l4 single pacemakers per year. Implant samples may be required for evaluation purposes. Standard Industrial Code (SIC) 3845 applies. Size Standard is 500 people. All proposers are cautioned that if selected for award they must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) program.
