The qualifications expected of an offeror is the ability to provide a multi-lumen indwelling catheter that provides a fully impregnated antiseptic surface treatment equal to or exceeding that of the arrow guard blue catheter kit. Safety features are to include curved needle and holder, dual purpose marked spring wire guide with straight soft tip on one end and a j-tip on the other these components are to be equal to or exceed that of "arrow raulerson introducer syringe with arrow advancer". Period of contract October 1, 1998 through September 30, 1999, with two (2) option year. Solicitation package will be issue o/a 7/21/98.
