Niklich, 618-229-9561 The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO), Computer Technology Division, Procurement Branch (DTS42) intends to issue a sole source contract to D.P.A., 870 Crescent Drive., Groveport OH 43125 for the acquisition for the acquisition of Computer Command Bridge Console systems equipment from D.P.A. (Systems Manufacturing Corporation (SMC)). The equipment will be installed with existing equipment located at the DMC Columbus, OH and must interface mechanically with the existing SMC systems. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304 (c)(1), Only One Responsible Source and no Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Companies who can provide the above listed equipment must indicate their interest within 3 days of this announcement. Any party interested in receiving a copy of the solicitation shall provide written notice to the Contracting Office. Datafax requests to 618-229-9592 are acceptable. No contract award will be made onthe basis of quotations/proposals received in response to this notice, since this synopsis cannot be considered a Request for Quotations/Proposals.
