Wright-Patterson Air Force Base will procure a basewide Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract for the base year plus four (4) one-year option periods to purchase, install, repair and replace floor covering. This requirement includes and covers provisions for all materials, labor, equipment and transportation necessary to install underlayment, resilient flooring, wall base, carpet and carpet tiles, including asbestos abatement of vinyl asbestos tile and mastic. Furniture lifting is required. Multiple awards are contemplated. Potential offerors must be located within 120 mile radius for quick response. Paper copies of the solicitation will not be provided.
