The work consists of refurbishing or refinishing existing interpretive panels and labels at the National Historic Oregon Trail Interpretive Center, and to fabricate new panels and small cases for installation at the Center. All panels and labels are to refurbish or replicate existing designs, with some modifications to correct text information, to improve readability and conform to accessibility standards. All panels and labels shall be installed in the permanent exhibit galleries of the Center, located 5 miles east of Baker City on Oregon Highway 86 at Flagstaff Hill. The solicitation includes an option that allows for increased quantities not to exceed fifty percent (50%) of the total contract price.
