ENHANCING THE THERMAL IMAGING CAPABILITIES OF THE ADVANCED POWER SUPPLY TEST SYSTEM The contractor shall upgrade the thermal diagnostic instrument and associated saftware to use thermoelectric colling and eliminate the use of liquid nitrogen cooling. The contractor shall also upgrade the system to achieve at least 30 frames/sec image acquisition to allow real time imaging of the UUT.
