It is the intent of the National Library of Medicine (NLM) to procure assistance to update NLM's online files. The pre-conversion files are in the Inquire User Language and make up the NLM Master Serials System. Post-conversion data will be part of the NLM database in Voyager Integrated Library System (ILS). The project is needed to assure current, accurate, and correctly formatted data for serials processing in the new ILS. Request for Quotations (RFQ) Number NLM 98-070/UHP will be issued on or about July 27, 1998.
