GSA has a requirement to provide on-site management, daily operations and maintenance services of a large capacity NEC NEAX2400 ICS V70/UMG with ACD III Private Branch Exchange (PBX) and a VMX 300 Upgraded to Serenade 1.1 Voice Mail system for federal agencies at the Atlanta Federal Center in Atlanta, GA. Sources are sought to provide full-time telecommunications technicians. Qualified technicians must be system certified with valid ID numbers, experts on the aforementioned systems with extensive knowledge of ISDN, ACD, complex system programming (multi-tenant, LCR) voice mail integration and AC/DC Power. Technicians must be computer literate with the ability to create complex Windows compatible databases from raw PBX data. Work further consists of efficient and effective service order performance and tracking, trouble report tracking and performance, user training as needed, as well as providing telephone system services to GSA customers.
