The Army National Guard, Aviation Classification Repair Activity Depot's (AVCRAD) require Field Service Representatives (FSR's) trained and experienced in the service and repair of UH-60 aircraft. The Field Service Representatives will be permanently based at AVCRAD's in Groton, CT; Springfield, MO; Fresno, CA and Gulfport, MS. The FSR's will be required to visit various Army National Guard operating units to perform training, troubleshooting, crash damage evaluation and assist with repairs. Sikorsky Support Services Inc. 6900 Main Street, Stratford, CT 06497-1387 is considered to be the only known qualified source that can provide these FSR's. In the absence of other qualified sources it is the intent of the Government to negotiate a sole source contract under "other than full and open competition" procedures, pursuant to 10 USC 2304 (c)(1).
