The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, and services to remove entire tower structures from the front and rear ranges. Structures include, but are not limited to; daymark frames, catwalks, davits, frame tower sections, and guy wire assemblies.Guy wire assemblies shall be removed to 1 foot along the anchor rod. Remaining buried anchor rod and dead man may remain. Refill any holes. Remove battery boxes. Completely remove all concrete foundations used for the tower frames and battery boxes. Fill all holes created with similar native soil and smooth grade. All materials removed shall become the property of the Contractor. Contractor is responsible for the removal of all demolished material and construction debris from the site, and for proper disposal of all materials in accordance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations. Materials and equipment shall not be viewed by prospective buyers or sold on the site. The decommissioned Point MacKenzie Range System is located on Point MacKenzie, near Anchorage, Alaska. The work site is not accessible by overland roads. All work on this project shall be completed no later than September 30, 1998.The standard industrial classification code is 7699 and the average sales for the previous 3 years is $5.0 million. Request for RFQ documents must be submitted and received no later than 27 July 1998. Quotations must be submitted to this office no later than 12 August 1998.
