The soil is contaminated with TRPH ranging from 2,700-21,000 mg/kg (ppm). The disposal/treatment facility must be licensed per all applicable state, federal and local requirements. Offeror must be capable of hauling 800 tons minimum off site per day. Offeror will be required to work from 0700-1730 hrs. six days/week, Monday to Saturday.
