Performance shall include radiology health care services and related administrative work, labor, consultation, and teaching. Offeror must be certified by the American Booard of Radiology or the American College of Osteopathic Radiology. Radiologist must possess a valid current license from a United States jurisdication to practice medicine. The responses to this procurement shall address the applicability of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisiton of Commercial Items. The duration of this Simplified Acquisition with option years shall be five (5) years starting with the Basic Year 01 Oct 98 through 30 Sep 99 with four (4) option years. The procurement will be a firm-fixed price simplified acquisition procedure.
