The resultant contract will be a combination firm fixed price and indefinite quantity type contract. Fixed price work includes routine scheduled maintenance and adjustment of doors, as well as service calls, routine and emergency. Indefinite quantity works includes repairs to overhead doors that exceed the limitations of a service call. The performance period is 365 days from date of comencement. The contract will contain (4) 12 month options periods which may be exercised by the Government. The total duration including exercise of options shall not exceed 60 months.
