This service covers 1516 residential units in Family Housing, 50 trailers at the Post Trailer Park, 8 cottages at Lake Tholocco, 16 cantonment locations and 100 playgrounds. The contract period is 1 October 1998 through 30 September 1999 with two option years. This requirement was previously synopsized as 100% set-aside for Small Business Concerns. It is now being changed to UNRESTRICTED,Full and Open Competition. The solicitation was previously issued on 26 June 1998 and Amendment 0001 will establish a bid opening date of 21 August 1998 for receipt of bids.
