The Meeting will be held from November 1 -- 6, 1998. There will be approximately 150 attendees for the five day meeting. The estimated maximum number of sleeping rooms is 140 for each of five nights. There will be a general session for approximately 150 schoolroom style and an estimated maximum of four concurrent sessions of 40 each schoolroom style. There will be one reception for approximately 150 people, an estimated maximum of five continental breakfasts, and several coffee breaks daily. MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS The hotel must be ...
