The work of this project will consist of all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete the general construction of an on-site sewage disposal system, including furnishing and installing of: 6,000 gallon septic tank and three distribution boxes; 70 LF of 6" diameter and 75 LF of 4" diameter PVC pipeline and appurtenances (including trench excavation and backfill, placement of copper tracer wire, marking tape and surface markers); precast concrete manhole (including standard frames and covers as shown on plans provided); six 5' diameter x 36" deep performated concrete seepage pits (including pit excavation, aggregate fill, liner and cover, misc site grading, pipeline and appurtenances); and five sewer cleanouts. The project will be located at the Park Headquarters area of Joshua Tree National Park in San Bernardino County, CA. The park will not be closed to the public during construction. The estimated price range for this project is between $100,000 and $250,000 with completionrequired within 60 days of the Notice to Proceed.
