Additional work shall include floor and wall tile, GFI outlet and wall switch, door and window casing. There are a total of 6 bathrooms that require complete renovation. Performance period is 42 days. This is a firm fixed price contract. The Standard Industrial Classification Code (SIC) for this procurement is 1521.
