Provide carpet, vinyl wall coverings, and suspended ceilings in the office area. Storage area will have shelves, suspended ceiling, painted walls, and brushed concrete floor. Also provide HVAC, fire portection, utilities and communication capability. Additionally, provide 35' X 50' covered parking/storage area. Area shall have lighting, privacy fence, and two secured gates to allow vehicular access. The contract performance period for this project is 200 calendar days. The estimated amount of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000.
