Structural repairs include demolition of four access hatches and a valve pit; providing new access hatches and a valve pit to replace those demolished; concrete and masonry repairs; demolition of existing ladder rungs; and providing a new concrete floor in one valve pit. Electrical repairs include upgrading or providing interior lighting and electrical service and ground fault systems; providing water level alarms; and providing sump pumps.
